Right to cancel

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day when you receive the ordered items. To use your right for the cancellation you have to inform us by email: info@sowdentyres.co.uk. it's sufficient that you notify us before the cancellation period has expired. You may use the attached cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

If an order is processed and shipped it is not possible to be cancelled. If there are such cases you have to reject the delivery when the courier delivers the tyres to you. You are obligated to cover the expenses for the transportation which are 10 GBP per tyre. 

The goods which return has been requested must be new, in their original package as delivered (if the wrap has been removed, you have to package them as you received them).

When we receive it back in our warehouse, they are examined and assessed and then, if everything is okay, the refund for your payment will be done. 

Effect of cancellation

If you decide to cancel an order and we approved the returned good we will reimburse all the payments you made, excluding delivery costs. The transportation cost for the return which is 10 GBP per tyres should be covered by you. It will be deducted from the amount of the refund. For example if you bought 4 tyres for 400 GBP and then you return them we will give back 360 GBP. 

There are other situations when return cost might be deducted from the amount of the refund such as:

• If the delivery is refused; 

• If there is no one at the address when the courier comes. They are doing two attempts to deliver and if no one accepts the package they directly return the parcel/s to the warehouse; 

• If the delivery address was mistaken by the customer. 

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary/incorrect handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 30 days after we receive the goods supplied.

The reimbursement will be done using the same payment method/ account that you used for making the order. You will not receive any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.
